Ashley Lawal MS, BCBA, LBA, IBA

Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience working with adults and children with various intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her passion is making a difference in individual's lives. She has been using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015, working with children ages 18 months to 21 years old. Earlier experience in the mental health field included working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes and supported living arrangements. Ashley founded Creations Clinical Services to provide a better experience for clinicians, families, and their children by providing services based on empathy and compassion. Ashley received both her undergraduate and graduate degree from Kaplan University, now Purdue University Global. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Capella University, completing a Doctor of Psychology degree with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis. Her research interests are in health and wellness.

Shina is instrumental in shaping the company's administrative framework from inception, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. With a comprehensive background in business, he excels in managing office functions, coordinating schedules, and nurturing a collaborative work environment. He is committed to upholding the company's mission and delivering unparalleled administrative support to further enhance its impact in the field of ABA. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family!
Amarachi W.

Amarachi joined Creations Clinical Services in October 2018 and loves being able to work directly with clients and families every day. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bowie State University and her RBT certification in September 2018. Amarachi loves to witness children make positive gains, experience problem behavior reduction, and acquire the language and functional skills ABA can facilitate. She is passionate about teaching every child individually and supporting them to reach their greatest potential. She truly enjoys every minute of the work and always look forward to making lasting, meaningful changes with our individuals and families! In her free time, Amarachi enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, listening to music and baking.

Muinat joined Creations Clinical Services in September 2018. She is a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician whose life's mission has been to make a positive impact with the intellectual and developmental disability population. With unwavering compassion and expertise, Muinat has spent years honing her skills from direct support to ABA therapy, helping individuals with diverse abilities unlock their full potential. Her commitment to fostering growth, independence, and happiness shines through in every interaction, making her a trusted partner for families and a beacon of hope for those she serves.
Zahid S.

Zahid joined Creations Clinical Services in February 2019. He holds a MD degree from Afghanistan and a Master's in Public Health from Pakistan. He migrated to the USA in July 2017 with his family. He currently provides ABA services to neurodiverse children and is currently pursuing a BCBA certification. Zahid continues to work hard for a bright future and change kids and family's lives living with Autism spectrum disorder.
